Portable Art Series by Osvaldo Sequeira & Amira Jalet

Con-Sentidos is a collaboration between visual artist Osvaldo Sequeira and contemporary jewelry designer Amira Jalet. The series was born from the desire to turn art into an intimate, wearable experience—transforming traditional artwork into objects that accompany the body in motion.

Each piece is handcrafted in painted clay, representing faces—some of well-known figures, others anonymous—that evoke a range of emotions and meanings. These portraits are transformed into rings, earrings, and other accessories that blur the lines between art and function.

Con-Sentidos explores the connection between identity, art, and the body. By wearing these pieces, the viewer also becomes the bearer of a visual narrative, carrying fragments of memory, expression, or story. The series offers a new way to connect with art: more personal, more tactile, more human.
